Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Sometimes. I am taking a break from most commissions to give me more opportunity to make pieces for my online store that will be available to everyone for purchase. BUT if there is something you desperately want or you think you've got a really cool design idea, feel free to shoot me a message through my contact form and I'll see what I can do.

PLEASE NOTE: I work a full-time job and make glass in my spare time outside of my job, so this impacts my capacity to produce custom pieces. This is why I'm taking a break from commissions - so that I have more time to make new designs for my store.

Q: Can I place an order for a piece I need urgently?
A: No, sorry. If it's available for immediate purchase in my store then the piece has already been made and is ready to ship. Each piece comes with registered shipping, but if you would like express postage just shoot me a message before you purchase and i'll adjust the shipping price for you. 

Q: Where are you located?
A: Sunny Sydney, Australia :) I have a little cedar studio I work from in my backyard. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: I can, yes! I don't list other countries on checkout in my store because international shipping costs can vary greatly depending on weight, size and location. But if you live outside of Australia and would like one of my works I'd be happy to accommodate! Please get in touch and I can send you a shipping quote.

Q: Can I order something from your shop that is sold out?
A: No, sorry. But if there is a sold out piece that you really love shoot me a message to let me know. The more popular a design is the more likely I will be to make more!

Q: Why don't you take orders of items in your shop?
A: I work a full-time job and glass is how I spend my spare time. I love my craft but unfortunately I don't have enough time in the day to be taking on a constant stream of orders! I try to update my store with new pieces available for everyone to purchase as often as possible. If you have seen something you like that's sold out let me know - because when an item is really popular I'll be sure to restock!

Q: How do I find out when you're going to add new items to your shop?
A: Follow me on Instagram - I always announce shop updates there. This is the best place to keep up to date with what I'm currently working on.

Q: Do you offer training or workshops?
